A Fish Sanctuary with an area of 160 hectares plus meters buffer zone, 2007 selected most outstanding MPA Finalist.  MISSTA MPA is the Fish Sanctuary of plenty coastal Habitats, the coral reef, sea grasses and seaweeds and the mangroves.  It has an area of 160 hectares plus buffer of 50 meters around the core zone. Dominance of encrusting and massive corals of the genera Porites, Fungia, Galaxea and favids. 80 species of reef fishes are found.
